OMRs
The OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) is used for generating and managing OMR sheets for external exams. These sheets are essential for efficiently processing multiple-choice answer sheets, as they are designed to be read by machines, ensuring accurate and swift evaluation.

Program: Select the Program - EEE, CSE, ML, etc.

Course: Choose the relevant course from the dropdown menu (e.g., Computer Aided Engineering Graphics).

Exam Type: Choose whether the OMR sheets are for Regular or Supplementary exams.

Get OMRs: Click on
Get OMRs
button to retrieve the list of students registered for the selected course and exam type. -
OMR Generation:

Type: Choose the type of OMR sheet (OMR or Booklet). The booklet consists of 32 pages.

Template: Choose the appropriate template for the OMR sheets (e.g., BTechR22).

Click on
Generate
to initiate the OMR generation process. The system will start creating the OMR sheets based on the provided parameters. -
Generation Status: The "Print Sheet Generation Logs" will show the status of the OMR generation process.

Navigating to
Reports
> Generation Summary Report. -
Viewing and Downloading: This report will provide an overview of the OMR generation process, including details such as the number of OMR sheets generated, any errors encountered, and the overall status. You can view and download this report for record-keeping and analysis.

- OMR Updated Notification: Once the OMR sheets have been successfully generated and updated, a notification will appear indicating that "Section-wise OMRs updated successfully." This confirmation ensures that the OMR sheets have been properly created and are ready for further use.
