This guide introduces entire process for preexamination, examination conduction, evaluation, results generation, compliance reports functionalities, aimed at enhancing examination processes in educational institutions.

As a norm, there are two types of exams, viz., Internal Exams (assignments, tests, activities, or other assessments conducted by the college or university to evaluate students' progress and monitor their studies) and External Exams (term-end exams). Marks secured in both internal and external exams are considered for promotion to the next semester or year.

User Specific Roles

  • Controller of Examination (COE): This guide plays a pivotal role, managing the entire examination lifecycle. This includes overseeing the scheduling of exams, ensuring the integrity and security of examination processes, and handling the final declaration of results. The guide for this role will detail procedures for setting exam regulations, coordinating with various departments, and utilizing Examination's comprehensive features for managing both internal and external examinations.

  • Assistant Controller of Examination (ACOE): This guide focuses on the operational side of exam administration, including organizing schedules, managing staff assignments for invigilation, and assisting in result compilation and analysis. It will provide instructions on using Examination for effective coordination and communication between departments and faculty.

  • Evaluators: The guide will cover the processes for accessing and evaluating answer scripts, entering marks, and adhering to evaluation protocols. User Creation & Custom Profiles

Please note that it is not possible to add new users directly through this interface. If there is a need to introduce a new user to the system, please reach out to your campus administrators; they will facilitate the addition of new users to the suite.
