Invigilation

Invigilation refers to the supervision process during examinations to ensure they are conducted fairly. Invigilators distribute exam papers, monitor students to prevent cheating, and maintain a conducive exam environment. It lists various exams and corresponding invigilation schedules, helping invigilators keep track of their responsibilities and ensures they are aware of their assigned timings for overseeing examinations.

Viewing

View Timings allows you to see the detailed schedule for invigilation duties. When clicked, it opens a pop-up window titled "Invigilation Timings," which displays specific details such as the date and time for an examination.

For instance, in this image, the window shows the "B TECH R 22 End Sem examination" scheduled for 2023-08-07 from 10:00 to 13:00.

View Duties will show the detailed invigilation duties assigned to you or the invigilators for a specific exam or time period. This feature is designed to help invigilators keep track of their responsibilities and manage their schedules efficiently, effectively without any confusion.

Adding

To create a new timetable for the the invigilators, click Create Timings button. This would open a form titled "Invigilation Timings." This form includes fields to enter details such as

• A Title
• The Degree
• The Year
• The Session
• The Date
• The timings from start to end (From Time and To Time). There is also an option to add additional timings if needed.
