Internal Exams are assessments conducted within the university to evaluate students' understanding and progress. These exams are scheduled periodically and are essential for measuring academic performance in accordance with university regulations.

Notification ID: A unique identifier assigned to each internal exam notification, helping in tracking and referencing specific exams easily.

Regulation: Refers to the specific set of academic rules and guidelines under which the exam is conducted. Different regulations may apply to different batches or courses.

Degree: Indicates the type of degree program for which the internal exam is applicable, such as B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) or B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy).

Semester: Specifies the academic term in which the exam is held. Universities typically divide the academic year into semesters.

Batch: Denotes the group of students based on their year of entry into the degree program. For example, Batch 2021 includes students who began their studies in the year 2021.

Exam Name: The title or subject of the internal exam, which may correspond to a specific course or module within the degree program.

Month & Year: Indicates the month and year when the internal exam is scheduled to take place.

Actions: Upon clicking the eye icon under 'Action,' users will be able to view detailed information about the selected internal exam. This typically includes:

Degree: Specific degree program the exam pertains to.

Semester: Term during which the exam is held.

Batch: Year of entry for the students taking the exam.

The Create Internal Exam
button located on the top right corner is where you initiate the process of creating a new internal exam within the system. This form includes the following fields:

Exam Name: Enter the name of the internal exam.

Regulation: Select the relevant regulation for the exam.

Degree: Choose the degree program associated with the exam.
-
Semester: Select the semester for which the exam is being conducted.

Exam Year: Enter the year of the exam.
-
Exam Month: Specify the month in which the exam will take place.

Batch: Choose the batch of students who will be taking the exam.

Course Type: Select the type of course for the exam.

Evaluation: Indicate whether the exam will have an evaluation component.
Edit
Upon clicking the kebab menu (three vertical dots)
and selecting "Edit Exam," you will be directed to a form where you can modify the details of an existing internal exam:

Exam Name: Update the title or subject of the internal exam.

Course Type: Select or update the types of courses included in the exam (e.g., Theory, Laboratory).
Activity Logs
A detailed list of recent activities related to an internal exam is also in store for future references.

Timestamp: Displays the date and time of each activity.

Description: Provides a summary of the actions taken, including changes to exam details or new exam creation.

User: Indicates the username or role of the person who performed the activity.
