Signatures

Purpose: The primary purpose of the Signature Details section is to ensure that all necessary signatures are collected and stored in a centralized system. These signatures are crucial for maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the examination process, as they are often required for official documentation and validation of exam-related activities.

Admin will upload and manage signatures of various key personnel involved in the examination process.

Principal, Dean, Examination Controller, Additional Examination Controller, Director, and Registrar are the key positions for which signatures are required.

  • Upload PNG File: For each role, upload the PNG file containing the signature. Click on 'Submit' button.

  • Uploaded Signatures: Signatures that have already been uploaded are displayed. You may also delete that signature by clicking the bin icon attached to the signature.
