ID Cards
ID Cards in educational institutions are identification cards issued to students, faculty, and staff. These cards typically contain the individual's name, photograph, roll number or ID number, and other relevant details such as the course or department they belong to.
The primary purpose of ID cards is to verify the identity of the cardholder within the institution, granting them access to various facilities, services, and events. They also help in maintaining security and managing attendance. Managing ID cards is an important part of an institution's administrative system, which includes generating/regenerating and downloading ID cards.
The section displays a list of students with their roll numbers, names, batches, degrees, programs, classrooms, and the status of their ID card generation. Download the ID Cards for printing. If the generation of an ID card fails, re-generate it.
For new ID cards, click on Generate ID Cards
. Select students based on their batch, degree, program, classroom and then click on 'Generate Id Card.'
It is necessary student details must be accurately entered in the Student Central > All Students section before the system can generate ID cards.
- If any data fields are incomplete or missing, the system will prevent the issuance of ID cards.
