Course Registrations

Course Registration is the process by which students enroll in courses for a specific academic term. It typically involves choosing courses based on the student's academic plan, checking for prerequisites, and ensuring that the selected courses fit into the student's schedule.

This section serves as a reference for providing an overview of course enrollment statistics including Course Code, Course Name, Reference Code, Course Type (whether Theory or Practical), Paper (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.), Course Category (whether Mandatory or Optional), Credits, the Number of Students Enrolled for that particular course and their names in 'Registrations.'

To retrieve data from this section, users must input search parameters, such as the regulation, degree, program, batch, and semester number. This step is mandatory to ensure that the relevant and accurate data is displayed; without these search parameters, the section will not display any enrollment information.

To know the students' names along with their ID, click on Registrations. To select/deselect students, check/uncheck the checkbox against the student and click on 'Update Registrations' button. You may also 'Export' student details into MS Excel.
