Overview
Dashboard in the Payments module serves as a central control center for all payment-related functionalities. It provides a comprehensive overview and easy navigation to manage various fee-related tasks, enabling users to quickly choose between paying academic fees or examination fees, making the entire payment process efficient and user-friendly.

Payment Methods
Academic fee and/or exam fee can be paid via:
Payment Method | Description |
---|---|
Cash | Payment made using physical currency at the counter. |
Credit / Debit Card | Payment made using a credit or a debit card. |
UPI | Payment made using Unified Payments Interface. |
Online | Payment made through online banking or payment gateways. |
Demand Draft | Payment made using a demand draft. |
Bank Transfer/Challan | Payment made via bank transfer or challan. |
Navigation Steps
Accessing the Dashboard
- On the left side of the main menu, go to Payments >> Dashboard.
- This will open two cards: Academic Fee and Examination Fee.
Available Options
Academic Fee Card:
- Pay Tuition Fee, Hostel Fee, Transport Fee
- Clicking on Academic Fee card will navigate to and open Payments >> Academic Fee menu
Examination Fee Card:
- Pay Regular and Supplementary Exam Fees
- Clicking on Examination Fee card will navigate to and open Payments >> Examination Fee menu
