Time Violations

Time Violation refers to instances where employees fail to adhere to the predefined work schedules or time-related policies set by the organization. This can include arriving late, leaving early, taking extended breaks, or not clocking in/out as required. Tracking such violations likely compel employees to comply with the company's attendance and punctuality standards.

  • Search for time violations by employee ID or name.

  • Filter results by year, month, and groups.

  • View detailed information about each violation, such as the number of violations, time sheet count, penalty leaves, status (Locked / Penalty Disabled), and actions taken.

Time Violation Status has been explained separately, in Settings > Groups.

Generate will initiate the process of generating a report or list of time violations for the specified criteria; for example, time violations of Non-Teaching Faculty for the month of January 2025.
