Student Certificates feature allows administrators to generate and manage various types of certificates for enrolled students. This module provides a streamlined process for creating, customizing, and printing student certificates based on different certificate types and purposes.

Adding New Student Certificate
ℹ️ Use this feature when you need to generate an official certificate for a student for specific purposes like admissions, employment verification, or other institutional requirements.
Steps

Navigate to Student Certificates
- On the left side of the main menu, go to Enroll → Student Certificates.

Create New Certificate
- Click on Add New button to start creating a new certificate.

Fill Certificate Details
- Certificate Type: Select the appropriate certificate type from the dropdown menu.
- Certificate Purpose: Choose the purpose for which the certificate is being issued.
- Roll No.: Enter the student's roll number - the system will auto-populate student details.
- Additional Details: Complete any other required fields as needed.

Select Student and Submit
- Verify the auto-populated student information is correct.
- Click on Submit button to create the certificate.

Print Certificate
- Click on the Print icon to generate a hard copy of the certificate.
- The printed certificate will assist with the intended purpose.
