Counsellors

Overview

Counsellors are registered staff members who guide prospective students through the enrollment process. They follow up with leads, provide information about programs, and help convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Adding a Counsellor

When to Add Counsellors

Add counsellors when you need to assign lead management responsibilities to staff members who will guide prospective students through the admission process.

  1. On the left side of the main menu, go to EnrollCounsellors.
  2. Click on Add Counsellor button.
  3. Pick one employee from among the list of active users.
  4. Click on Submit button.

Expected Result: The selected user is now added as a counsellor and can be assigned to manage leads and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

Removing a Counsellor

When to Remove Counsellors

Remove counsellors when staff members change roles, leave the institution, or are no longer available to handle lead management responsibilities.

  1. Locate the counsellor's card in the counsellors list.
  2. Click on the card's kebab (3 dots) menu.
  3. Click on Remove as Counsellor.

Expected Result: The user is removed from the counsellors list and can no longer be assigned to manage leads.
