Faculty can create targeted content for specific audiences, schedule posts, and track engagement across both web and mobile platforms.

Creating Content via Web Platform
New Announcement
Create and share important institutional updates, event information, and critical communications with targeted audiences.
Follow the steps below to create a new announcement:
- Click the '+' button in the Digital Notice Board interface
- Select 'New Announcement' icon from the options
- Choose Content Type from the dropdown menu
- Enter the announcement text in the Description field
- Set the Date & Time for publication
- Select Target Audience (Website, Institutions, Batches, Classrooms, etc.)
- Fill in the specific details for your selected target audience
- Click 'Submit' to publish the announcement
New Post
Share detailed content with multimedia elements to engage students with articles, updates, and educational materials.
Follow the steps below to create a new post:
- Click the '+' button in the Digital Notice Board interface
- Select 'New Post' icon from the options
- Choose Content Type from the dropdown menu
- Enter a descriptive Title for your post
- Add relevant Tags for better searchability
- Set the Date & Time for publication
- Write your content in the Description field
- Upload Media/Doc/URL (optional) to enhance your post
- Select Target Audience for content distribution
- Click 'Submit' to publish the post
New Poll
Gather student opinions, feedback, and votes on specific questions through structured response formats.
Follow the steps below to create a new poll:
- Click the '+' button in the Digital Notice Board interface
- Select 'New Poll' icon from the options
- Choose Content Type from the dropdown menu
- Enter your Poll Question clearly
- Add relevant Tags for categorization
- Specify Option 1 and Option 2 for responses
- Add Option 3 if additional choice is needed
- Set the Date & Time for poll duration
- Select Target Audience for poll participation
- Click 'Submit' to create and publish the poll
Mobile App Integration
Creating Posts via Faculty Mobile App
Navigate to the Faculty Mobile App and locate the Digital Notice Board icon (second icon at the bottom navigation).
Steps to create a new post:
- Open the Faculty Mobile App
- Tap on 'Digital Notice Board' (second icon at bottom)
- Tap the '+' button
- Select 'New Post' option
- Fill in Content Type from available options
- Enter a compelling Title
- Add relevant Tags for discoverability
- Set Date & Time for publication
- Write detailed Description
- Upload Media/Doc/URL if needed
- Choose Target Audience
- Tap 'Post' to publish
Creating Polls via Faculty Mobile App
Steps to create a new poll:
- Open the Faculty Mobile App
- Navigate to 'Digital Notice Board'
- Tap the '+' button
- Select 'New Poll' option
- Choose Content Type
- Enter your Poll Question
- Add descriptive Tags
- Set Option 1, Option 2, and Option 3 (if needed)
- Configure Date & Time for poll duration
- Select Target Audience
- Tap 'Create Poll' to launch
