The Digital Notice Board has some innovative features, such as

These features enhance communication and engagement within the education community, ensuring that important information is shared effectively and interactively.

New Announcement
Purpose: Allows users to create and post new announcements.
Usage: Ideal for sharing important updates, event information, academic deadlines, and other critical communications.
Audience: Can be directed to all users or specific groups within the university platform.

Steps:
- Content Type: Select the type of content for the announcement. In this case, "News" is selected.
- Description: Enter the text of the announcement.
- Date and Time: Set the date and time for the announcement.
- Target Audience: You can choose who will see the announcement. The options include Website, Institutions, Batches, Degrees, Programs, Classrooms, Clubs, and Departments; example, Website.
- Click on 'Submit.'
Outcome: Once the announcement is submitted, people will be able to see this news announcement on the company's website and other selected target audiences. This helps ensure that important information is communicated effectively to the relevant audience.
— Mobile App Version
The second element or tab in the mobile app (see the pointer) is where you can find 'Announcements.' The tab categorize the announcements to make it easier to navigate and find specific updates. Individual announcements appear in a list or card format, showcasing the title, description, author details, date/time, and any attached media. If there are no announcements, it displays a message like "No Announcements" along with the timestamp of the last update. Upcoming announcements are also displayed below the main section for future updates.
New Post
Purpose: Enables users to create and share new posts.
Usage: Can include various content types such as text, images, links, or multimedia. Useful for general updates, sharing articles, or starting discussions.
Audience: Visible to everyone in the feed, encouraging engagement and interaction.

- Content Type: Select the type of content for the post; for example, "General."
- Title: Give a suitable title.
- Tags: Attach tags for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Date and Time: Set the date and time for posting the article.
- Description: Do write-up on the article.
- Attachments: Include a media file, a document, or a URL reinforcing the message.
- Target Audience: Choose who you would like your article to be read by; in this case, "Institutions" and select the institution(s).
- Click on 'Submit.'
Outcome: The created post is now ready for reading for the institution(s), for the selected target audiences. This ensures that important information is communicated effectively to the relevant people.

The 'Add Post' feature of the mobile app enables users to compose and share content directly within the app. It is a versatile tool designed for creating announcements, updates, or any relevant communication.
New Poll
Purpose: Allows users to create and share polls.
Usage: Ideal for gathering opinions, feedback, or voting on specific questions. Provides a structured format for responses.
Audience: Engages the community by allowing them to participate in decision-making or express their views.
Steps:
- Content Type: Select the type of content for the opinion poll; for example, "General."
- Question: Describe the purpose or context of the poll. This helps participants understand the background.
- Tags: Attach tags for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Options: List the possible answers that participants can choose from. Ensure these options are relevant and comprehensive.
- End Date and Time: Define the period during which the poll will be active. This could range from a few hours to several days, depending on the nature of the poll.
- Target Audience: Choose who you would like your article to be read by; in this case, "Institutions" and select the institution(s).
- Click on 'Submit.'
Outcome: The target audience (i.e., the members of the institution including students and staff) will be able to participate in the poll by selecting one of the provided options. The poll results will be displayed in real-time, showing the distribution of votes among the options.

Feeds are always displayed in descending order, with the latest ones appearing at the top.
