All Students - General Info
Students are individuals enrolled in an educational institution to gain knowledge, skills, and competencies in various subjects. They attend classes, complete assignments, and participate in exams to progress through their academic programs.
Comprehensive information about all students is displayed in tabular format - Roll No. and Name of the student, Gender, Mobile No., Program Code and Semester, Batch, Classroom, "Yes" if that student has been Detained (default is "No"), and Detailed View as well as Edit Actions. The student's photograph is also attached.
To upload a student's photograph, scan the photograph and save it with the student's Roll No.; make sure to tag the photograph with the correct roll no. Refer Upload Student Details section.
Search
You may zero-in on a student by applying filters as per Batch, Degree, Program, and Status.
Status
The status of a student in the management system provides information about their current enrollment situation.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Indicates that the student is currently enrolled and actively participating in the program. |
| Detained | Indicates that the student has been held back or not allowed to progress to the next academic level due to various reasons such as poor academic performance or disciplinary actions. |
| Cancelled | Indicates that the student's enrollment or registration has been cancelled, often due to administrative decisions or policy violations. |
| Discontinued | Indicates that the student has voluntarily or involuntarily left the program before completion, which could be due to personal reasons, financial issues, or academic challenges. |
Print
Print Students enables you to take printout of the data. Refer above screenshot.
Export
Student information can be exported into MS Excel using the Exportoption. Refer above screenshot.
The All Students section is a part of the CampX ecosystem that provides a comprehensive list of all students enrolled in the institution. This section allows administrators and faculty to view and manage student information, including personal details, academic progress, and other relevant data.
