People (User Profile Relation)
People (User Profile Relation) section in the Configuration module is designed to manage user profiles and their assigned roles within the system. This section allows administrators to view, edit, and assign different profiles to users, ensuring that each user has the appropriate access and permissions based on their role within the university.

User List: The list of users along with their assigned profiles and actions that can be performed on their profiles, is displayed in grid form.

Search Functionality: There is a search bar at the top of the user list to search for users by name.

Assigned Profiles: Each user has one or more profiles assigned to them, such as Administrator, Super Administrator, Admissions Counsellor, etc.

Actions: The "Edit" option is for modifying the user's profile and assigned roles.
Add a User Profile
Add User Profile Relation
button at the top right allows you to add new user profile relations, enabling the assignment of new roles to users.

Department: Select the relevant department from the list (e.g., "CSE").

User: Select user(s) from the list.

Profile: Choose the profile to be assigned to the user (e.g., "Admissions Counsellor"). You may assign more than one profile to user(s).

Confirm to save the new user profile relation and add it to the list of users.
People configuration helps in managing user roles and permissions within the educational system effectively. This not only ensures proper user profile tagging, but also access permissions.
