Accessing the Platform
To start using the application, go through the following steps.
— Web —
CampX is a user-based web application that needs a Login ID and a Password in order to get started.
First-time user:
- Once a user is created, a manual invitation with the user_id and a default password is sent via email.
- Click on the link. This will prompt you to set & confirm password.
- Now log into the Application with the new credentials.
For Logging In:
- Enter application URL (https://yourinstitution.campx.in/) in the browser.
- Log in with your credentials; Click on the ‘Eye’ icon to make the password visible; default is not visible.
- Click Login.
- You can also log into the Application using your Google Account.
If forgot password:
- Click on “Forgot Password?” link.
- Give the Registered E-mail ID. Click Get Reset Instructions.
- A new password reset instructions mail will be sent to that address. Follow the steps in the mail and log in with the new credentials.
User Interface Elements:

Sidebar Menu: Provides navigation options for various administrative sections, including General Settings, Institutions, Departments, Designations, Image Assets, Academics, Courses, Manage Users, People, Data Imports, and Data Exports.

Collapsible Menu: Allows the sidebar to be collapsed, providing more workspace.
User Profile
There is User Profile at the right top corner, where you can:
Change Password:
- Click on 'Change Password.'
- In the form, enter existing password.
- Enter and confirm new password.
- Once done, click
Submit.
- Now login with the new password.
Change Institution [if you are handling more than one campus or branch]:
- Click on 'Change Institution.'
- Select the campus or branch you wish to work on.
Report an Issue
Report an Issue
preceding the User Profile is a feature to report any issues encountered within the admin panel.
Logout
To log out of the Application:
- Go to User Profile at the top right corner of the screen.
- Click
Logout

Help
If you need any help, click on "Need Help?" at the right corner of the browser page. This will redirect you to CampX Helpdesk, where our Team will assist you. Just login with your credentials and you are good to go!
— Mobile App —
Both mobile apps - Student and Faculty - can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, making them accessible for Android and iOS devices.
Download
Step 1: Visit the app store for your device.
Step 2: Select the correct app - Student or Faculty.
Step 3: Check device compatibility. Before downloading, review the app requirements (such as operating system version, storage space, etc.); specifications are outlined here.
Step 4: Download and install the app.
Step 5: The mobile app is ready for use. Login with the same credentials as those of the web.
User Profile
You can access 'User Profile' located at the bottom right corner of the app screen. It is designed for easy management of your academic and administrative tasks, all in one place.
Via the mobile app, you can do these things:

Reset Password | Update or reset your password quickly and easily. |
Logout | Safely log out of the app. |
Moreover, clicking your (student's) name will give you a quick overview of essential information related to your (student's) personal and academic profile.
