Workspaces

Campx groups its modules into role‑specific workspaces. Each workspace aggregates functionality and data for a particular set of tasks—academic administration, admissions, finance, exams, etc.—and hides unrelated menus. Administrators can assign users to one or more workspaces, allowing them to switch between roles without clutter. For example, a finance officer can focus on fee collection while also having access to the hostel workspace if needed. The following sections outline each workspace that is live in CampX and provide guidance on key tasks and processes.
