Adding Course Handouts or Resources in a Classroom
Overview
This guide explains how faculty members can add handouts to a classroom subject through both the CampX Web Portal and Mobile App. Adding handouts helps students access course materials by unit and topic, ensuring a better learning experience.

Adding Handouts via Web
Access Handouts Section
- Navigate to My Courses from the main menu.
- Click on a course and select Handouts in the course's menu.
Follow the Steps below to add Handouts
- Click on Add Handout button
- Fill in the Form Fields
- Select related Units, Topics and Add Attachment(s). Click on "Add Handout" to Publish.
- Handout will be accessible to the Student in the Student Portal.
- Once the Handout is Added, use Row Actions to Download Attachment, Edit Title or Unit or Topics and Delete a Handout
Configure Units and Topics for a Course
Units and topics must be configured by the admin or course coordinator in the course's academic management settings.
Adding Handouts via Mobile
Access Handouts Section
- Faculty can access Handouts section in the Learning Tab in Campx Mobile App.
- Select the desired classroom and click on the Handouts card to see the list of handouts.
Follow the Steps below to add Handouts from Mobile App
- Tap the Add button (floating action button at the bottom right).
- Fill in the form fields similar to the web process.
- Submit the form to add the handout.
Common Issues & Solutions
